党的十八大召开以来,中央在对外布局、外交政策、对外经济贸易合作方面提出了一些新思路和新举措,特别是“一带一路”战略和“亲诚惠容”外交理念的提出使得我国的对外电力市场范围得到进一步扩大和深化,国际贸易合作机会也逐渐增多,基于电能供应和电站建设的国际电力物资需求与日俱增,供应过程中的国际物流的管理成为关键环节。本文通过对国际电力物资供应中物流管理的发展状况概述,同时回顾与分析了过去和当前的管理状况,指出了截至目前电力物资供应模式中存在的不足,在此基础上思考了未来的发展趋势,并据此提出了相关的建议,以便提供给有关部门和人员一定的帮助和参考,有助于电力企业形成更好的国际物资供应链物流管理模式。

Based on an overview of the development of logistics management in the international electricity supply, the paper reviews and analyzes the past and present management status, points out the shortcomings in the electricity supply mode up to now, and on the basis of which I think about the future development trend , And accordingly put forward the relevant proposals in order to provide some help and reference to the relevant departments and personnel, help power companies to form a better international logistics management mode of supply chain.
