新世纪以来,随着我国各项社会事业的完善发展,人们的生活发生了诸多变化,各阶层工作人员的思想观念也发生转变。环卫职工思想政治意识逐渐提高,为构建和谐环卫提供了更加有力的意识形态基础。构建和谐环卫是我国当下构建和谐社会工作的一个重要组成部分,应当引起足够的重视,加强环卫职工的思想政治工作,是构建和谐环卫的基本前提。基于此,探讨新形势下环卫职工思想政治工作的新方法与新特点,并结合当下环卫思想政治工作现状,为切实提高环卫职工思想政治工作的实效性与针对性提出一些建议与措施,以期为加强环卫职工思想政治工作提供几点借鉴经验。
Since the new century, with the perfection and development of various social undertakings in our country, many changes have taken place in people’s lives and the ideas and attitudes of staff at all levels have also changed. Environmental sanitation workers gradually improve their ideological and political awareness, and provide a more powerful ideological basis for building a harmonious environment and sanitation. Building a harmonious environment and sanitation is an important part of the current construction of a harmonious society in our country and should be given enough attention. Strengthening the ideological and political work of environmental and sanitation workers is a basic prerequisite for building a harmonious environment and sanitation. Based on this, this paper probes into the new methods and characteristics of environmental and sanitation workers’ ideological and political work in the new situation, and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political work of sanitation workers in light of the current situation of sanitation and ideological and political work in order to Strengthen the sanitation workers ideological and political work to provide some experience.
