目的建立快速、灵敏的常见挥发性毒物的质谱自动筛选检测方法。方法建立常见挥发性毒物的质谱用户库,优化分离条件,优化质谱数据的自动分析参数,进行标样和样品分析。结果建立了含227个挥发性毒物的质谱用户库;建立了自动筛选方法;得到了43种常见挥发性毒物的保留时间。结论建立的方法具有快速、灵敏、准确的优点,达到了手工检索的效果,完全可替代繁杂的质谱检索手工操作,非常适用于常见挥发性毒物的筛选检测。
Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive automated mass spectrometry detection method for common volatile poisons. Methods To establish a mass spectral user library of common volatile poisons, optimize the separation conditions, optimize the automatic analysis parameters of mass spectrometry data, and conduct standard samples and sample analysis. Results A mass spectral library of 227 volatile poisons was established. An automatic screening method was established. The retention times of 43 common volatile poisons were obtained. Conclusion The established method has the advantages of fast, sensitive and accurate, and achieves the effect of manual retrieval. It can replace the complicated manual search of mass spectrum and is very suitable for the screening and detection of common volatile poisons.
