心理健康教育是学校管理及教育中的主要内容。学校聘请专业心理学教师对学生进行辅导,帮助学生解决日常生活及学习中存在的心理问题,达到良好的教育教学效果。本文主要对心理学在班级管理中的作用以及其在技工院校班级管理中的运用进行分析,以提高技工院校教育教学质量。
Mental health education is the main content in school management and education. The school hires professional psychology teachers to help students with counseling and helps students solve their daily life and psychological problems in their studies so as to achieve good education and teaching results. This article mainly analyzes the role of psychology in class management and its application in class management of technical college so as to improve the quality of education and teaching in technical colleges.
