借鉴国际经验,依据中国国情,CHQIS指标体系提出44类质量评价指标,可通过计算机系统自动采集数据和自动分析获得。根据医疗质量属性定义,从病案首页原始数据标记中识别质量表达数据;根据医疗质量指标定义,从质量表达数据对比分析中抽取医疗质量信息。通过指标导航、数据规划和管理融合3大技术手段,实现CHQIS指标体系与医院现行信息系统的融合。
Draw lessons from international experience, based on China’s national conditions, CHQIS index system proposed 44 kinds of quality evaluation index, which can be obtained automatically by computer system automatically collected data and analysis. According to the definition of medical quality attribute, the quality expression data is identified from the original data mark on the first page of medical record; According to the definition of medical quality index, the medical quality information is extracted from the comparative analysis of quality expression data. Through the three major technical means of index navigation, data planning and management integration, the integration of the CHQIS indicator system and the existing hospital information system has been achieved.
