目的:探讨白花丹参总丹参酮对血栓闭塞性脉管炎大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:应用LC/UV/MS对白花丹参总丹参酮的主要成分定性分析。采用大鼠股动脉注射月桂酸溶液造成血栓闭塞性脉管炎模型,观察用药前后大鼠的体征、病理变化以及血清中TXB2、6-K-PGF1α、ET含量。结果:白花丹参总丹参酮类化合物能明显减轻模型大鼠患肢病变程度和范围,减轻炎症反应,减少血管内血栓形成范围,并能降低血清中TXB2、ET含量,升高6-K-PGF1α含量。结论:白花丹参总丹参酮对血栓闭塞性脉炎大鼠模型具有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理与增强血管的抗血栓功能,减轻血管壁炎症反应有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of total salvia miltiorrhiza on the model of thromboangiitis oblongata in rats. Methods: The main constituents of total tanshinones of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge were analyzed by LC / UV / MS. Rat model of thromboangiitis obliterans was induced by injection of lauric acid solution into the femoral artery of rats. The signs and pathological changes of the rats before and after treatment were observed. The contents of TXB2, 6-K-PGF1α and ET in serum were also observed. Results: The total tanshinones of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge significantly attenuated the extent and range of diseased limbs, reduced inflammatory reaction, reduced the scope of intravascular thrombosis, decreased TXB2 and ET in serum, and increased the content of 6-K-PGF1α . Conclusion: The total tanshinone of Salvia miltiorrhiza has a good therapeutic effect on rat model of thrombo-obliteration phlebitis. Its mechanism of action is related to enhancing the anti-thrombosis function of blood vessels and reducing the inflammatory reaction of blood vessel wall.
