甘露醇为临床常用的脱水利尿剂,主要用于脑水肿及青光眼,是降低颅内压的安全有效的首选药。山梨醇近年来被作为能量静脉输注,可以调理在大手术、出血等应急情况下造成的糖利用障碍。为了进一步探讨甘露醇血、尿药浓度与脱水利尿效果的关系,以及山梨醇作为静脉营养液使用时在急性应急情况下的能量利用率,我们建立了尿中甘露醇、山梨醇的微量分析方法。
Mannitol is commonly used in clinical dehydration diuretics, mainly for brain edema and glaucoma, is to reduce the intracranial pressure of safe and effective drug of choice. Sorbitol has been used as a venous infusion of energy in recent years, and can regulate sugar utilization disorders caused by emergency operations such as major surgery and bleeding. In order to further explore the relationship between mannitol and urine concentration and the effect of dehydration and diuresis, and the energy utilization rate of sorbitol as an intravenous nutrient solution in acute emergency situations, we established a micro-analytical method of urine mannitol and sorbitol .
