在新的事业单位财务管理制度支持下,单位预算绩效管理的开展成为了单位财务管理的一个重要组成部分。这考核性管理的开展,对于单位预算管理安全性和合理性,降低预算观看风险,提高预算管理水平等都具有重要的现实意义。本文从绩效管理主要问题出发,开展了其实践工作措施研究。
