在我国,单板机已开始运用到电机量测领域中,由于其相互连线少,大大提高了工作的可靠性,软件的变更、逻辑电路上稍作修改,可组成具有不同功能的仪器,所以不仅能完成一般的测量任务,还有自检、运算、逻辑判断功能。由于具有可编程接口,可用于自动测试系统,对测量数据进行实时处理,同时完成测量和控制任务。由此可见采用单板机对电机进行自动测试具有广阔的前途。本文就采用 Z—80单板机自动测试异步电机工作特性的原理和方法进行论述。
