中国人民银行各分行、营业管理部,各省会(首府)城市中心支行,各政策性银行、国有独资商业银行、股份制商业银行:目前,非典型肺炎疫情对我国经济的负面影响正在显现。为了尽可能降低非典型肺炎疫情的负面影响,保持国民经济和金融发展的良好势头,全面贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于防治非典工作的方针政策,根据中办发[2003]13号文件和国务院常务会议精神,现就做好当前货币信贷工作提出如下意见:一、保持货币信贷总量适度增长,防止货币信贷出现大幅度波动。
