采用α-FeOOH脱水法合成了Mn,Co,Ni,Zn等二价金属离子掺杂的α-Fe2O3气敏材料,用X射线衍射仪测定了材料的结构和组成;用动态气敏测试法测试了气氛、温度对α-Fe2O3电导和气敏性能的影响;用空间电荷层模型讨论了这些材料的气敏机理。
Α-Fe2O3-doped α-Fe2O3 gas-sensitive materials doped with Mn, Co, Ni and Zn were synthesized by α-FeOOH dehydration method. The structure and composition of the samples were measured by X-ray diffractometer. The effects of atmosphere and temperature on the conductance and gas sensing properties of α-Fe2O3 were discussed. The gas sensing mechanism of these materials was discussed with the space charge layer model.
