本文用光镜半定量法和显微分光光度计(MSP)测定,观察了正常人及部分病例周围血肝素毛细管离心血涂片中,单核细胞β-葡萄糖苷酸酶(β-Gase),酸性磷酸酶(AcP)、 N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、过氧化酶(Po)及α-萘酚醋酸酯酶(ANAE)等酶的活性.取得了正常人的资料。MSP测得正常人单核细胞五种酶均随细胞面积增加而活性增强.与正常组比较,肝硬化、系统性红斑狼疮、天疱疮、未治疗恶性肿瘤组和恶性肿瘤放疗组等均分别见到不同种酶的有统计意义的酶活性改变.本文就上述结果的意义进行了讨论.
