通过分析某砖混结构房屋的墙体裂缝产生，从墙体中应力变化角度上给予了裂缝产生机理的分析，并用数值方法予以验证，并针对该工程采用的独立基础形式及其本身特点提出了工程的处理方法。
By analyzing the wall cracks in a brick-concrete structure, the mechanism of the cracks is analyzed from the perspective of the stress change in the wall, and verified by numerical methods.
