随着经济的发展,社会改革逐渐深入,我国的医疗卫生事业也逐步深化改革并且与社会市场经济接轨。公立医院资金流动频繁,恰当的预算管理制度必不可少。全面预算管理体系是一种整合性的管理系统,具有较强的全面控制的能力。它是大型机构组织运用现代网络与信息技术,融各种预算活动于一体的综合管理系统。近年来,我国卫生事业单位改革逐渐加强,但由于诸多原因,很多公立医院存在预算管理落后等问题,严重制约了医院财务工作的有序开展。

In recent years, the reform of health institutions in our country has been gradually strengthened. However, due to many reasons, many public hospitals have problems such as poor budget management and seriously hampered the orderly development of the hospital’s financial work.
