目的:研究山风乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱分离技术,从壮药山风全草的80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离到7个化合物,并使用MS和NMR分析,鉴定化合物结构。结果:分得7个化合物,分别鉴别为:花椒素(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、甲基异茜草素(4)、圣草酚(5)、山柰酚(6)、7,3’-O-二甲基芦丁(7)。结论:以上化合物均为从该植物中首次分离得到。其中,化合物2、4、7为从该属植物中首次分离。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of mountain wind ethyl acetate extraction site. Methods: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 80% ethanol extract of Rhus tytatus by using column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS and NMR. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as: prillin (1), dibutyl phthalate (2), β-sitosterol (3) 5), kaempferol (6), 7,3’-O-dimethyl rutin (7). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 2, 4 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
