案例教学法在商科教学中应用较为广泛,并正在逐渐应用到我国工程管理专业的教学中。以清华大学本科生工程项目管理课程为背景,介绍了案例教学法的探索性应用及其定性教学评估。首先,介绍了课程和学生的背景;其次,以此为基础介绍了案例设计和教学实施中的措施;再次,根据定量评估方法的不足设计了质化教学评估方法,并从积极性、团队实践、课程收获等方面讨论了案例教学法的适用性和效果,指出了课程存在的改进方向;最后,得出了案例教学法适用于工程项目管理课程,能带给学生较全面收获的结论,并总结了教学实践中的三条主要经验。
Case teaching method is widely used in business teaching, and is gradually applied to the teaching of engineering management major in our country. Based on the project management of undergraduates in Tsinghua University, this paper introduces the exploratory application of case teaching method and its qualitative teaching evaluation. First of all, the course and the background of the students are introduced. Secondly, based on this, the measures in case design and teaching implementation are introduced. Thirdly, according to the deficiency of the quantitative assessment method, the qualitative assessment method is designed. From the aspects of positivity, teamwork, The course harvest and other aspects discussed the applicability and effectiveness of the case teaching method and pointed out the improvement direction of the curriculum; finally, it concludes that the case teaching method is suitable for the project management course, which can bring students more comprehensive harvest, and concludes Three main experiences in teaching practice.
