经济时代的来临,国家之间的竞争日益表现为科学技术和综合国力的竞争,而从根本上表现为人才的竞争,人才成为科技进步和社会经济发展最重要的资源。同样,医院要进行现代化建设,寻求更好的发展,必须强调人才队伍的建设,提高管理水平,合理引进人才,形成尊重科学、尊重知识、尊重人才的良好风尚。这就需要我们建立一套良好的激励机制,吸引优秀人才, 创造财富。
