2004年,中国创业投资延续了2003年以来的回暖趋势,投资更为活跃,并首次突破10亿美元大关。据清科创业投资研究中心最新统计数据,中外创投机构在2004年共对253家大陆及大陆相关企业进行了投资,投资额总计12.69亿美元,创历史新高,其中投资案例数量较2003年增加43%,投资金额上升28%,中国创投业已经进入一个全面复苏和加速发展的时期。
In 2004, the venture capital in China continued the warming trend since 2003 with more active investment and exceeded the 1 billion-dollar mark for the first time. According to the latest statistics released by Zero2IPO Research Center for Venture Capital, Chinese and foreign venture capital institutions invested a total of 253 mainland-mainland-related enterprises in 2004 with a total investment of 1.269 billion U.S. dollars, setting a record high. The number of investment cases increased from 2003 43%, the amount of investment increased by 28%, China Venture Capital has entered a period of full recovery and accelerated development.
