法律与道德之间的关系一直是法哲学领域经久不衰的话题,是法学家在法理学领域不可逃避、却必须直面的难题。律师作为法律实务的实际操作者,人们普遍对律师执业道德标准的期望和要求高于普通职业者。律师职业道德水平不断发展,法律化进程加快。律师的职业道德应明确法律责任和权利,加强职业道德教育,朝制度化、体系化的路径发展。
The relationship between law and morality has always been an enduring topic in the field of jurisprudence and is a difficult problem that jurists have to face in the jurisprudence field. Lawyer as the actual operator of legal practice, people generally have more expectations and requirements on lawyers’ professional ethics standards than ordinary professionals. Lawyers professional ethics continue to develop, accelerate the legalization process. Lawyer’s professional ethics should be clear legal responsibilities and rights, strengthen professional ethics education, toward the institutionalized, systematic path.
