针对工程结构中异类金属之间联接导致的低电位金属的电偶腐蚀现象,阐述了应用机械隔离技术对低电位金属进行防腐的基本原理,并应用机械隔离技术对某矿钢铝混合结构罐笼的主要承力铝构件进行了防腐处理,取得了明显的防腐效果。
Aiming at the phenomenon of galvanic corrosion of low potential metal caused by the connection between heterogeneous metals in engineering structure, the basic principle of applying mechanical isolation technology to corrosion of low potential metal is described. The main load-bearing aluminum components were treated with anti-corrosion, and achieved significant anti-corrosion effect.
