本期介绍了铃本贤二的四幅木刻。铃木贤二是日本著名的进步画家,擅长漫画和木刻,过去担任过“日本无产阶级美术家同盟”的书记,1947年才开始从事木刻运动,是“日本劾画会”和“日本版画运动协会”的创始人之一。他的作品多系表现日本人民的现实生活,画面具有强烈的战斗气息。过去本刊刊载过他的一部分作品。这里有三幅《全日本自由劳动组合》组画,配合了题画诗,可以说明画的内容。
This issue introduces four woodcuts of Kenzo Suzuki. Suzuki Kenji, a famous progressive painter in Japan, specializes in cartoons and woodcuts.
