后蹬力量和后蹬爆发力是奔跑和跳跃项目的关键专项力量,同时也是这些项目取得优异运动成绩的重要保证。由于目前普遍采用的后蹬力量训练方法不够科学合理,严重影响了后蹬能力的培养和人体极限运动能力的开发。本研究根据人体生理学和人体运动学原理试图采用一种全新的训练方法——髋受力轨迹控制器械力量训练法对人体后蹬能力进行超常规的培养和开发。结果证明其对人体运动潜能的发掘和奔跑、跳跃项目运动纪录的新突破具有非常重要的意义。
The power of rear pedaling and the power of rear pedals are the key special forces for running and jumping projects and an important guarantee for achieving excellent athletic performance in these projects. Because of the commonly used method of backward force training is not scientific and reasonable, seriously affecting the development of pedaling ability and the ability of extreme sports. According to human physiology and human kinematics theory, this study attempts to adopt a new training method - force training method of hip force trajectory control device to cultivate and develop the ability of human pedal pedaling supernormally. The result proves that it is of great significance to excavate and run the human potential of sports and to make new breakthroughs in sports records of jumping events.
