为探讨辐射性白内障患者血清内分泌激素水平变化，对20例辐射性白内障患者和30例正常人进行内分泌激素放射免疫分析Radio-immuniationAnalysis（RiA），结果：辐射性白内障患者血清三碘甲状腺原胺酸triiodothyronine（TT3）、甲状腺素thyroxine（TT4）值下降，促卵泡成熟激素foilicualstimulatinghormone（FSH）值升高，促黄体生成激素lateinizinghormone（LH）值与正常对照组接近。结论：测定辐射性白内障患者血清TT3、TT4、FSH水平有一定临床意义。
To investigate the changes of serum endocrine hormone levels in patients with radiation cataract, Radio-immunizationAnalysis (RiA) of endocrine hormone radioimmunoassay was performed in 20 patients with radiation cataracts and 30 normal subjects. Results: Serum triiodothyronine in patients with radiation cataract Thyroid hormone thyroxine (TT4) decreased, follicular stimulating hormone foilicual stimulating hormone (FSH) increased, and the value of lateinizinghormone (LH) was similar to that of the normal control group. Conclusion: The determination of serum cataract patients TT3, TT4, FSH levels have some clinical significance.
