卫生防疫资源应包涵人才资源、科技及其信息资源和物质经费资源三方面的内容,其相互关系是相辅相成不可分割的,且成系统性。合理利用卫生防疫资源配置,对促进卫生防疫事业的发展,提高卫生防疫工作的质量和效率至关重要。一、目前我国的卫生防疫资源及其地位和作用 1、人才资源是卫生防疫事业的动力性资源。我国各级卫生防疫机构在岗人员的来源主要有三个方面:一是每年一次的大中专毕业生就业分配;二是政府部门指令性安排就业计划,如复员、退伍、转业军人的安置等;三是部门、行业之间人员的非常规性调动。现时国内许多医学院校设有预防医学及相关专业,这是我国卫生防疫事业最大的人才资源
