本文针对基于学习型组织理论视角下的高校党建工作研究,从学习型组织理论的基本内容与特点入手,结合学习型组织理论对高校党建工作的适用性分析,对学习型组织理论在高校党建工作中的具体应用展开论述,主要包括以下四个方面:树立新的学习理念以建立共同愿景;推进学习型党组织建设以创新学习模式;构建与高校党建工作相适应的学习体系;建立完善长效机制以提升学习质量。以期通过本文的研究,为强化与改进我国高校党建工作提供参考性建议。
