IFAC第五届大系统——理论和应用会议于1989年8月29日至31在民主德国柏林召开。出席会议的有25个国家的近200名代表,预印论文集中收入论文有:大会报告4篇,分组报告94篇。由于许多论文作者没有到会,实际会议分组报告只70%。我国学者有论文27篇,但有半数文章无人宣读。会议原订分组有17个方面,实际上在系统分解、人机关系、过程系统中LSS三方面无文章,其原因或许是IFAC人机系统会议同时在西安召开,而过程控制另有专门会议。
The Fifth IFAC Congress - Theory and Applications Conference was held in Berlin, Germany, from August 29 to 31, 1989. Nearly 200 delegates from 25 countries attended the conference. The pre-printed papers focused on the following four topics: 94 papers in the conference and 94 papers in the group. Due to the fact that many dissertation authors did not attend, the actual conference group reported only 70%. Chinese scholars have 27 articles, but half of the articles were not read. There are 17 aspects of the original grouping of the conference. In fact, there are no articles on LSS in system decomposition, man-machine relationship and process system. The reason may be that the IFAC man-machine system conference is held in Xi’an at the same time, and the process control has another special conference.
