目前,我国的经济飞速发展,但是高速发展的经济就像是一把双刃剑,它在提高公民生活水平的同时也使公民的生活环境日益恶化。杀鸡取卵的做法引发了人类的普遍反思和对环境问题的高度重视,于是,“环境权”“公益诉讼”等新鲜的词汇映入大众的眼帘,各个级别的政府也越来越重视环境的保护。而我国,作为一个现代化起步较晚的国家,相应的在环境的保护方面还比较薄弱,于此匹配的措施也是比较缺乏的,因此在当前我国的国情下迫切的需要建立与完善相关的环境法律法规,在这个过程中研究环境民事公益诉讼就显得尤为重要。
