推动职业院校教师参与企业实践是发展现代职业教育的一项重要工作。近十年来,我国有关职业院校教师参与企业实践的制度体系逐步建立,尤其是在制度实施力度、制度可操作性和制度体系构建方面呈现出政府发挥主导作用、制度内容日益丰富、实践性逐渐增强等特点。展望未来,尽管我国职业院校教师到企业实践制度在十年间取得了长足进步,但仍然应该遵循强化执行监督、推动制度运行机制体系落实、借鉴国外相关制度的优秀经验等目标取向。
