微型企业属于企业中一个比较特殊的群体,企业虽小,但在吉林省的经济发展和社会稳定中却有着极其重要的影响。微型企业对解决就业、解决贫困、促进经济增长、稳护社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用,其影响力不容忽视,有研究必要。当前吉林省微型企业发展存在一系列困难及风险,应采取有效的融资专项支持机制、创立专门的微型企业的服务管理机构、出台相关财税政策、建立有效的融资专项支持机制、完善融资担保服务体系等策略,对微型企业进行扶持,促进微型企业发展。本文着重从法律的视角寻求解决问题的对策。
Micro-enterprises belong to a special group of enterprises. Although small enterprises, they have an extremely important influence in economic development and social stability in Jilin Province. Micro-enterprises play an important role in solving employment, solving poverty, promoting economic growth and maintaining social stability. We should adopt effective financing special support mechanisms, establish specialized micro-enterprise service management agencies, introduce relevant fiscal and tax policies, establish effective financing special support mechanisms and improve the financing guarantee service system And other strategies to support micro-enterprises to promote the development of micro-enterprises. This article focuses on the legal perspective to find solutions to the problem.
