当前,农村中学教师队伍的现状与“农村城市化”的教育发展的需求存在很大的差距,严重制约着区域教育的发展。因此必须提高农村中学教师的整体素质,其关键在于农村中学骨干教师的培养。所以结合教学实际,积极开展中学数学教师行动研究,针对数学教学中存在的实际问题进行研究,从实际中来又回到实际中去,提高中学数学教师的教学和研究能力,尝试培养出一批中学数学骨干教师。
At present, the current situation of teachers in rural middle schools is far from the demand for education development in rural urbanization, seriously restricting the development of regional education.
