我校自确立“依法施教、规范管理、科学育人、锻造农村名牌学校”的办学目标以来,极其重视教育科研,积极树立“科研兴校、科研兴教、科研兴师”意识,成立了以中心校长为组长的教育科研领导小组,设立了教科室,配备专兼职教育科研人员,主持学校日常的教育科研和教学研究工作。学校还千方百计筹集资金,配备高规格、现代化的教学办公设备,为课题研究的深入进行提供了物质保障。
