本刊讯:9月24日,劳动保障部《关于印发国家高技能人才培训工程暨机电高级技工项目的通知》下发,这是劳动保障部贯彻落实全国职教会精神和《国务院关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》的又一项具体行动。 “国家高技能人才培训工程”（以下简称工程）的指导思想是: 认真贯彻全国职业教育会议精神,从适应经济发展对技能人才的需要出发,充分依靠行业和企业,广泛动员全社会的教育培训力量,普遍开展技能振兴行动,形成良好的社会环境,促进高技能人才成长。
On September 24, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued the “Notice on Printing and Distributing National High-skilled Personnel Training Project and Advanced Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Electromechanical Projects”, which is issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for implementing the spirit of the National Vocational Church and “ Vocational Education Reform and Development Decision ”yet another specific action.
