混凝土构件作为当今建筑结构中最主要的承重构件,在使用中要求保持一定的结构完整性,一旦产生危害整体结构安全的裂缝,对工程而言十分危险,因而要控制其裂缝的产生并及时进行处理。混凝土构件的裂缝成因有很多,首先有由于各类变形引起的裂缝:比如由于温度升降导致的体积收缩和膨胀、由于地基不均匀沉降引起的裂缝、由于地震等外力作用引起的裂缝;除此之外还有外荷载引起的裂缝;以及主体结构构件由于养护条件差或发生了有害化学作用引起的裂缝等。在实际工实践中,针对已出现的构件裂缝进行,应该针对病害的形态认真分析其成因,同时应该根据工程的实际情况采取最合理、经济的处理方案。
