我厂生产的3类型轴承(即球面滚子轴承),尤其是小型3类型轴承的调心性不好,内圈径向摆动超差,滚子质量差,生产效率低。我们从3516型轴承不能调心入手,进行了一次全面的分析,现将攻关中所作的一些工作和体会总结如下。 一、影响3类型轴承调心性 因素的分析及解决办法 调心性系指调心轴承内圈或外圈沿其球面中心转动的灵活程度。过去我厂生产小型3类型轴承的调心标准是只要能把内圈转出1/3就算合格了,根本谈不上大翻转。我们
