从跨区域协同的视角,运用复合系统协同度模型,对2008-2014年京津冀区域12个子系统的协同创新水平进行测度,结果显示:中关村与天津、河北省11个地市的协同创新水平稳步提升,产业基础、创新能力、经济体量等协同创新位势是决定跨区域产业是否协同创新的第一要素,跨区域创新投资、跨区域技术交易等协同创新行为是衡量区域协同创新活动的重要表征,协同配套环境是跨区域产业集群协同创新的重要支撑。
From the perspective of cross-regional coordination, the synergetic degree model of composite systems was used to measure the synergetic innovation level of 12 subsystems in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2008 to 2014. The results showed that the synergetic innovation level of Zhongguancun, 11 cities in Tianjin and Hebei Province Steady improvement, industrial foundation, innovation ability, economy volume and other co-innovation trend are the first elements to determine whether cross-regional industries are collaborative innovation. Cross-regional innovation investment, cross-regional technology exchange and other co-innovation behaviors are the measures of regional co-innovation activities Important characterization and collaborative environment are important supports for collaborative innovation of cross-regional industrial clusters.
