本文对几种ＰＩ层摩擦效果的微双折射检测方法的原理、实施难点、准确度和方案特色等进行了比较分析和研究，介绍了旋转检偏法改进要点和我们的实验结果。
In this paper, the principle, implementation difficulty, accuracy and scheme features of micro-birefringence detection methods of friction effect of several PI layers are comparatively analyzed and researched. The main points of improvement of the rotation deflection analysis method and our experimental results are introduced.
