目的评价复方甘草酸苷(GL)辅助治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床疗效和其对患儿血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平的影响,探讨其发病机制。方法将入选的90例HSP患儿随机分为两组,各45例。全部患儿予常规治疗,治疗组患儿同时予GL静滴,疗程均为7~10天。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测入选患儿和健康对照组儿童血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果治疗前,三组入选者血清IFN-γ水平和两组患儿血清IL-10水平差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),仅健康对照组儿童血清IL-10水平明显低于其他两组患儿血清IL-10水平。治疗结束时,两组患儿血清IFN-γ水平分别与其治疗前比较均无明显改变,且该两组患儿血清IFN-γ水平差异也均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);但是两组患儿治疗后血清IL-10水平明显低于其治疗前,且治疗组患儿血清IL-10水平明显低于对照组患儿血清IL-10水平,治疗组有效率(99.33%)明显高于对照组(77.78%),差异均有统计学意义(P<均0.05)。结论 GL治疗HSP疗效确切,其可能通过抑制IL-10分泌,使Th1/Th2趋向平衡而发挥治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin (GL) in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) and its effect on the level of serum Th1 / Th2 cytokines in children and to explore its pathogenesis. At the end of treatment, serum IFN-γ levels in both groups had no significant difference compared with before treatment, and there was no significant difference in serum IFN-γ between the two groups (P> 0.05) The level of serum IL-10 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the level of IL-10 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The effective rate (99.33%) in the treatment group was significantly higher In the control group (77.78%), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion GL treatment of HSP exact effect, which may be through the inhibition of IL-10 secretion, Th1 / Th2 tend to balance and play a therapeutic role.
