目的调查三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)生产工厂的甲醛接触水平。方法用UMEX100和3M3500采样器分别采集MF生产工艺不同车间的空气样品,分别测定甲醛和其他挥发性有机物的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)。结果 MF生产工艺的全流程,反应、干燥和球磨车间的甲醛4hTWA分别为:8.80(4.26~15.85)、3.12(2.91~3.49)和1.87(1.78~1.95)mg/m3,均超过国家标准;其他挥发性有机物如苯、苯乙烯等的浓度低于检测限。结论 MF生产车间以甲醛污染为主,超标严重。
Objective To investigate the level of formaldehyde exposure at a melamine formaldehyde resin (MF) manufacturing facility. Methods Air samples from different workshops of MF production process were collected by UMEX100 and 3M3500 samplers, respectively, and time-weighted average concentrations (TWA) of formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds were respectively measured. Results The 4hTWA for formaldehyde in the whole process, reaction, drying and ball milling workshop of MF production process were 8.80 (4.26-15.85), 3.12 (2.91-3.49) and 1.87 (1.78-1.95) mg / m3 respectively, all exceeding the national standards. The other Volatile organic compounds such as benzene, styrene and other concentrations below the detection limit. Conclusions Formaldehyde pollution is the main factor in the MF workshop, exceeding the standard.
