本文是四篇系列文章中的第三篇。四篇文章分别为1.泰勒展开法;2.多点重合法;3.三个热敏电阻的线性网络;4.参数的细微调整。 在本文中介绍了多点重合法在三个热敏电阻的线性网络中的具体计算步骤,对实际样品进行了计算,得到0~100 ℃温区内线性偏差小于±0.008℃;-50~50℃温区内线性偏差小于±0.046℃;-50~100℃温区内线性偏差小于±0.21℃。对美国产YSI44212线性组件的参数进行了重新计算,得到线性偏差为±0.031℃,比原结果(±0.09℃)要小。最后,简要介绍了用多点重合法对一个热敏电阻的线性网络的计算及结果。
This article is the third of four series. The four articles are respectively 1. Taylor expansion method; 2. Multi-point coincidence method; 3. Three linear networks of thermistors; 4. Fine adjustment of parameters. In this paper, the specific calculation steps of the multi-point coincidence method in the linear network of three thermistors are introduced. The actual samples are calculated and the linear deviation in the temperature range from 0 to 100 ℃ is less than ± 0.008 ℃. From -50 to 50 ℃ linear temperature deviation less than ± 0.046 ℃; -50 ~ 100 ℃ linear deviation within the temperature range of less than ± 0.21 ℃. The recalculation of the parameters of the YSI44212 linear module made in the United States yielded a linear deviation of ± 0.031 ° C, which was smaller than the original result (± 0.09 ° C). Finally, the calculation and result of linear network of a thermistor with multi-point coincidence method are briefly introduced.
