湖南省人民委員會命令會財字第○二○三號為健全本省縣市企業財務管理制度,特制訂‘湖南省縣市工業企業財務管理辦法’隨文頒發,自一九五五年起執行,前湖南省人民政府以(54)府財預字第四三○號命令頒發的‘湖南省縣市地方國營企業財務管理辦法’應即廢止,希遵照為要。省長程潜一九五五年三月八日
