作者报道1名急性乙型肝炎患者在合并感染甲型肝炎病毒后转为暴发性肝炎而死亡。患者为28岁的实验室女技术员。以往身健,无肝病史,无输血史,没有使用麻醉药品的嗜好,也没有吃过鱼贝之类的食物。家庭成员也无肝炎史,其丈夫乙型肝炎病毒标志阴性,但抗-HAV-IgG阳性。患者起病时有恶心、厌食、乏力、血清转氨酶(ALT、SGPT)升高;RIA测血清HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc-IgM均为阳性,但抗-HBe、抗-HBs
The authors report that one patient with acute hepatitis B died of fulminant hepatitis after becoming infected with Hepatitis A virus. The patient is a 28-year-old lab technician. Past health, no history of liver disease, no history of blood transfusion, no use of narcotic drugs hobby, have not eaten fish and other foods. Family members also had no history of hepatitis, with her husband being hepatitis B virus negative but anti-HAV-IgG positive.
