我园是一所规范较大的公办园,近几年每年暑假开学都会分得新教师6-8人,虽然她们的到来,为幼儿园增添了几分青春亮丽、平添了几分生命活力,但如何让新教师迅速成长起来,三年站稳讲台,五年成为骨干,这已成为幼儿园师资持续发展的重要课题。我园根据新教师的成长特点,加强园本教研的力度,渐渐摸索出培养新教师的“五子经”。
