江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的重要一条,就是共产党人要“代表中国先进文化的发展方向”。文化,有广义狭义之分。广义的文化,是指“人类社会历史实践过程中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和”,狭义的文化是指“社会的意识形式,以及与之相适应的制度与机构”(见《辞海》),包括知识、信仰、政治、宗教、伦理、教育、艺术、法律等等。什么是先进文化呢?笔者认为,是指那些体现了正确的人生观、科学的世界观、先进的价值观、高尚的审美观的文化,主要有三大部分。一是以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为代表的科学社会主义学说,这是我们行动的指南;二是中国传统文化的精华,这是我们赖以生存的土壤;三是世界各国的优秀文化,这是我们借鉴吸收的营养。要代表先进文化的发展方向,首先必须认真学习先进文化,并结合今日中国国情,融会贯通,消化吸收,进而继承与发展之。文化的内容是十分丰富的,作为
