2010年8月31日,宁夏发电集团太阳山风电厂举行党员大会,全厂18名党员在“公推直选”个人自荐、党员推荐、职工民意测评、党组织推荐、公示征求群众意见、集团公司党委考察批复候选人建议人选的基础上,以群众“拥护不拥护、赞成不赞成、满意不满意”为标准,郑重地投出了在该厂政治文明建设进程中具有里程碑意义的一票,选举出太阳山风电厂第二届党支部委员会。
