环氧乙烷在工业及医学卫生方面应用广泛,对其毒性研究报道不少。动物实验表明环氧乙烷具有致突变性,为进一步了解其对人体细胞的影响,我们对某厂环氧乙烷车间工人进行了外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变(CA)与姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)研究。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 环氧乙烷车间工人26名,其中男20名,女6名,年龄26~47岁,工龄4~14年;非接触环氧乙烷者29人,作为正常对照,年龄及工龄等类同接触组。 1.2 方法 CA标本的制作:取肝素抗凝血加入含RPMI1640完全培养基的瓶内,37℃培养72h,终止前加入秋水仙素,常规制片,吉姆萨染色,每份分析50个分裂相,45条染色体以下者不予统计,计算每百个
