重型机械在举升重物工况下对地面的承载强度和变形有严格要求。为揭示地面强度与变形机理和研制强度检测设备,开展设备对地荷载效应的数值模拟研究。以未铺装路面工作条件为例,完成道路的双层弹塑性体系建模、模型边界条件处理和载荷步设置,并引入强度折减法,考察道路结构层参数与承载强度的关系。仿真表明,影响道路承载变形特性的主要因素是弹性模量,而决定其抗剪强度的参数是黏聚力、内摩擦角和膨胀角。
Heavy machinery in lifting heavy conditions on the ground bearing strength and deformation of the strict requirements. In order to reveal the ground strength and deformation mechanism and the development of strength testing equipment, to carry out numerical simulation of the equipment to the ground load effect. Taking the unpaved pavement working conditions as an example, the two-layer elastic-plastic system modeling, the model boundary condition processing and the load step setting are completed. The strength reduction method is introduced to investigate the relationship between the structural parameters and the bearing strength. Simulation shows that the main factor that affects the deformation characteristics of road is elastic modulus, and the parameters that determine the shear strength are cohesion, internal friction angle and expansion angle.
