教育公平是社会公平价值在教育领域的延伸和体现,其内涵主要包括:教育起点的公平、教育过程的公平、教育结果的公平。教育法治化是教育公平的有力保障。我们应针对我国教育法制建设中存在的问题,在教育立法、教育执法、教育司法诸方面作出努力,使实现教育法治化,保障教育公平的目标从理想变为现实。
Fairness of education is an extension and manifestation of social fairness in the field of education. Its connotation mainly includes: the starting point of education, the fairness of educational process and the fairness of educational result. The legalization of education is a powerful guarantee for education fairness. We should address the existing problems in the construction of education legal system in our country and make efforts in educational legislation, law enforcement of education and education and administration of justice so that the goal of legalizing education and guaranteeing educational equity will be changed from ideal to reality.
