11月20日,刚刚上榜“2006胡润榜女首富”的玖龙纸业董事局主席张茵与重庆市江津市政府签署协议,将投资120亿元在渝建一包装纸生产基地,成为继广东东莞、江苏太仓之后,玖龙纸业在国内的第三个生产基地。据悉,此次投资,玖龙纸业最先是到四川泸州考察,后又在重庆考察了涪陵李渡工业园和江津珞璜工业园。此次重庆一下子与玖龙纸业签下120亿元人民币的投资大单,这也是川渝之间进行了长达5个月的竞争得出的结果。
