通常,房室交界性并行心律不容易发现同向性的室性融合波。本文报道1例交界性并行心律合并预激征患者,异位冲动沿希氏束下传心室与窦性冲动沿肯氏束传入心室形成较为罕见的室性融合波。患者男性,40岁,患轻度高血压病,心电图(图1)为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联记录,Ⅲ导联为连续记录,F标志室性融合波,心电图表现:(1)基本节律为窦性心动过缓,心率42—54次/min。(2)窦性搏动下传的P-R间期为0.11s,
Usually, atrioventricular junctional rhythm is not easy to find the same direction of ventricular fusion wave. This article reports a case of borderline parallel heartbeat with preexcitation in patients with ectopic impulse along the descending beam and descending of the sinus impulses along the Kennedy beam into the ventricle to form a relatively rare ventricular fusion wave.
