当今社会低碳和环保是备受人们关注的话题,在发展低碳经济中林业显示出了独特的优势。自从2001年实施六大工程以来,国家政府不断加大了对林业工程的资金投入,然而,如何充分利用投入的资金来促进林业的低碳发展是林业重点工程面对的主要问题。本文通过对当前林业重点工程建设中存在的资金管理问题进行分析,并针对问题的特点提出相应的解决对策。
The low-carbon and environmental protection in the society today is a subject of great concern. The forestry in the development of a low-carbon economy has shown its unique advantages. Since the implementation of six major projects in 2001, the government of the country has continuously increased its investment in forestry projects. However, how to make full use of the funds invested to promote low-carbon forestry development is the major issue facing the key forestry projects. This paper analyzes the existing fund management problems in the construction of key forestry projects, and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the characteristics of the problems.
